Shipping Information

We typically ship with UPS Ground Service, however we may ship with USPS for small items or with FedEx for large items.  We will select the best shipping service based upon the lowest shipping rates and the fastest delivery times.  Every product we ship is packaged according to industry shipping standards and is insured for the value of the product. All shipping claims must be brought directly to the shipping company. Please contact us with any questions regarding this policy. See Shipping Damages (below) for more information.

All orders shipped within Florida are subject to Florida State Sales Tax which will be automatically calculated into your grand total.

We strive to ship our products within 1-2 business days. If an order is placed early in a business day it usually ships that same day.

If a partial order is shipped separately or backordered you will be emailed with additional tracking numbers or notified of the backorder date and when the item is expected to ship.

Orders might even be processed on weekends or holidays - if we're here, we'll ship it! 

Once your order has been shipped we will enter the tracking number into our system.  You may track the status of your order at any time by logging onto our tracking page and entering your order number.  You'll find your tracking number here, which you may further use to track the progress of your shipment with the shipping company.

Shipments to addresses outside the USA:
We typically ship to addresses outside the USA with USPS Priority Mail International with delivery times that are usually estimated in 6-10 business days.  This often means that the shipment is delivered to the receiving country within estimated time period.  The Customs Service or Postal Service may require additional time to process and deliver the parcel.  

The receiving country's Customs Service or Postal Service may apply an import duty, value added tax (VAT), brokerage charges or other fees to shipments that are collected upon delivery.  We cannot estimate or pay for these expenses in advance.  Please inquire of your Customs Service regarding such added costs.   

Cancellation Policy:
We will cancel and fully refund any order that has not shipped without any penalty. If you wish to cancel an order that has shipped, please see our Return Policy, below. 

Return Policy: 
We will refund the purchase price (not including shipping & handling) within 95 days of the shipping date for any item that does not meet your expectations for any reason as long as the item is returned unused, in the original packaging with a copy of the sales receipt. If you cannot locate the sales receipt, please contact us so that we may assist you by re-creating the sales receipt and expediting a refund for the item.

Shipping Damages:
All products are inspected before being shipped, but damages may occur during shipping. If a product is received damaged, it must be reported to the shipping company immediately. All boxes and packing material must be saved. It is possible that the shipping company may want to inspect these materials. Please notify us of the damage after you have reported the claim to the shipping company. Upon receiving credit from the shipping company, we will re-ship a new product.
Of course if the incorrect product is shipped, we will correct it.

Defective Merchandise:
If a product is defective right out of the box, please notify us immediately.  For merchandise that has been used, repair or replacement is the responsibility of the manufacturer.  If you cannot locate your product warranty information, please contact us and we will assist you with manufacturer contact numbers.

Disputes:
Any questions regarding purchase transactions or disputes of posted charges should be addressed to us immediately.  You may reach us via email, phone or through our contact us page.  We will assist you in understanding the charges and/or issuing an appropriate refund.  If you initiate a dispute with your credit card company, you will be responsible for any additional fees or service charges that we may incur in resolving your dispute.  By accessing our website and placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions.

Sales Tax:
Orders shipped within Florida = 6.5%
